What are the uses of Mānuka Honey?
People use mānuka honey in many ways. The main uses fall into 2 categories: ingesting (eating the honey) / topical (applying the honey to your skin)

UMF and MGO ratings: what do they mean?
UMF and MGO are rate the level of the active compound in the honey. This can make things confusing if you’re comparing different brands of honey, but they essentially rate the same thing, but use a different number scale which can make things confusing.
